20-year-old Karonie Daron Streeter has been charged with failure to register as a predatory offender. In September of 2010, Streeter was convicted of terroristic threats, an offense arising out of the same set of circumstances as a charge of false imprisonment.
Kalli Kieffer, who is from Hastings, and a freshman at Bemidji State University, has been trained as a peer educator. Bemidji State University’s Lifestyle Educators are student peer educators who are trained to give accurate and current health information to their peers.
